The term ‘Sus4 Sessions’ or ‘Sus4Sessions’ or ‘Sus4’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 6th Floor Charlotte Building, 17 Gresse Street, London, United Kingdom, W1T 1QL. Sus4 Sessions is a trading name of Tindalwood Ltd. Our company registration number is 11097507. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
1. Use of Website Acceptance of Agreement

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.1.9. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
2. Purchase of Tickets
2.1. Users of the site may request to purchase Ticket(s) to Event(s) by using the onsite Ticket Purchasing Service. The Ticket Purchasing Service is a third-party system that specialises in the provision of ticketing for events.
2.2. All information supplied in the purchase of Tickets must be accurate and complete. Your ticket confirmation will be supplied to your provided email address. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this contact point.
2.3. You agree to be solely responsible for all information supplied and the all activity that occurs in the completion of your Ticket Purchase(s), including access to the website, internet provision and email accounts.
2.4. Purchasers must complete a purchase via the online Ticket Purchasing Service in order to have reservations for the respective Event(s).
2.5. Tickets will be supplied either as an email ticket for print, or a mobile/bar/Q code. Tickets must be produced at the event entrance by the Ticket Holder as proof of purchase in order to allow entry and must be kept available for inspection throughout the event, unless some form of entry stamp is provided at the onsite ticket desk.
2.6. Sus4 Sessions cannot guarantee that users will be able to purchase tickets as tickets numbers are limited per event.
2.7. We reserve the right to refuse, disallow or cancel any purchases, determined at our sole discretion without prior notice due to any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or an infringement, threats or violations of any of our Customers or Partners Third Party Rights or applicable laws and regulations.
2.8. Tickets can be cancelled in writing but are not transferable and must not be resold or advertised on auction or other online sites. Tickets cannot be used for other commercial purposes such as competitions or promotions without written confirmation by Sus4 Sessions. If this condition is breached, the Ticket may be cancelled without refund or compensation and the Ticket Purchaser may be refused entry removed from the event.
2.9. Tickets are non-refundable. If you provide Sus4 Sessions with a minimum of 72 hours notice, we can offer to transfer your Ticket(s) to another upcoming event.
2.10. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice through email or our Contact Us form of the Event with the details of the original Ticket Holder details and the updated information.
2.11. Sus4 Sessions shall not be liable in the event of change of venue, cancellation or postponement of an Event. Sus4 Sessions will publish on its website and where necessary inform Ticket Holders of any material changes to the Event as soon as practical to do so by appropriate means, such as via email. In the event of a cancellation, postponement or material change to a specific Event, Sus4 Sessions will offer either a refund and/or reallocate your Ticket(s) to an alternative future event.
Sus4 Sessions, its employee & representatives, the Venue Hosts & Owners (the “Organisers) reserve the following rights –
3.1. Refuse entry to any person(s), for any reason, including but not limited to;
3.1.1. Do not have a valid ticket or identification
3.1.2. Are intoxicated
3.1.3. Pose as a health and safety or security risk to either the Organisers or other Ticket Holders and Event Attendees
3.2. The Organisers may refuse or prohibit;
3.2.1. Food or beverages, unless explicitly advertised as part of the online Event Listing on the Sus4 Sessions Website as acceptable (such as ‘Bring Your Own Bottle’ events). Guests may be asked to remove the items from the venue or dispose of them.
3.2.2. Any item deemed as illegal, including drugs or contraband – and Sus4 Sessions reserve the right to notify the respective authorities.
3.2.3. Weapons, explosives or dangerous substances, including but not limited to flares, fireworks and candles.
3.2.4. Items that could cause Health & Safety issues for the Organisers or Event Attendees, such as large umbrellas or baggage.
3.2.5. Items that could interfere or cause disruption to the enjoyment of the Event by the other Ticket Holder(s) or Performers, such as whistles, cameras, video camera equipment, amplified music systems, including headphones, lasers and torches.
3.3. By Attending an event you agree to the following conditions;
3.3.1. To be responsible for the other party members in your ticket allocation
3.3.2. To pay for any loss or damages to property and content of either Sus4 Sessions or the Venue Owner.
3.3.3. To abide by the House Rules
3.3.4. To act responsibly and not interfere with the performances of the Performers without invitation.
3.3.5. Not to cause disruption to other Event Attendees and respect their right to enjoy the Performances without interruption or aggravation.
3.3.6. Not to touch or interfere with any equipment on location, including sound systems, musical instruments, lighting, recording and monitoring devices, authorised video and photography equipment.
3.4. The venue may have designated areas which are deemed out of bounds to unauthorised persons.
3.5. Venue age limitations may apply. If you are under the age of 18, it is your responsibility to check whether there are any age restrictions prior to the event.
3.6. The Organisers may video the event, its Performers and Event Attendees. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an Event you provide your express permission to be included in any photographs/video footage and images collected and published by authorised Sus4 Sessions representatives. This includes distribution on the Sus4 Sessions website, promotional activities and Social Media Channels, worldwide and at any time.
3.7. You must arrive for performances at the times advertised on the Events Calendar or on the Ticket. Sus4 Sessions reserves the right to restrict access to the Event whilst a Performance is in process.
3.8. You are requested to leave the Venue promptly at the end of the event and to respect the local residents by exiting quietly.
3.9. You understand that Events may contain loud music and flashing lights during performances.
4. Our Liability
4.1. These Terms and Conditions do not limit or exclude our liability for death or injury that arises from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by representatives of Sus4 Sessions stipulated by English law.
4.2. We will not be liable for;
4.2.1. Any action taken against you by third parties
4.2.2. Inability to use the Website or Ticketing Platform as intended
4.2.3. Any inaccurate information provided by you
4.2.4. Errors or omissions to the Website or Ticketing Platform either in content or capability
4.2.5. Loss or damage to computer / mobile hardware or software, including loss of data or consequences of any security breach, including viruses, hacking or denial of service attacks
4.2.6. Any loss of profits or consequential loss
5. General Terms
5.1. The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Sus4 Sessions and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
5.2. Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Sus4 Sessions. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
5.3. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Sus4 Sessions takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
5.4. This agreement and any document expressly referred to in it constitutes the whole agreement between us and supersedes any previous discussions, correspondence, arrangements or understandings between us.
5.5. Sus4 Sessions may assign, charge, novate or otherwise dispose of this agreement without our prior written consent.
5.6. These Terms and Conditions are not intended to give rights to anyone other than You and Sus4 Sessions. No other party will have the right to enforce any of the contained Terms. This does not affect our right to transfer our rights to a Third Party as expressed in clause 5.5
5.7. This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
